The Pink Dragonfly Membership is a premium customer program that offers several exclusive benefits to its members: Priority Shopping: Members get early access to special shopping events, allowing them to browse and purchase items before the general public. Enhanced Loyalty Rewards: The membership doubles the loyalty stamps earned, helping members accumulate rewards faster. Workshop Discounts: Members receive exclusive pricing on all workshops offered by The Pink Dragonfly, which could be craft-related, given the business name. General Discount: A 10% discount is applied to all purchases, providing consistent savings for members. Free Shipping: Members enjoy free shipping on their orders, which can lead to significant savings, especially for frequent shoppers or those ordering larger items.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Reservation Confirmation: All workshop reservations are confirmed upon full payment. Booking Deadline: Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the workshop date. Age Requirement: Participants must meet any age requirements specified for the workshop. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Window: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the workshop start time are eligible for a Credit. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop start time are non-refundable. No-Shows: Participants who do not show up for the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a credit. Waitlist Policy: Waitlist Activation: If a workshop is fully booked, interested participants can join a waitlist. Waitlist Priority: Waitlisted participants will be contacted on a first-come, first-served basis if a spot becomes available. Confirmation Window: Participants contacted from the waitlist must confirm their attendance within 24 hours. Payment for Waitlisted Spots: Payment is required promptly upon confirmation for waitlisted participants to secure their spot. These policies aim to ensure a fair and organized process for workshop participation. Adjustments can be made based on specific workshop details and requirements.
